Here are some pics taken today....
Two tasks were undertaken by the group
1. Clean and lubricate the mast sections: This involved taking each mast apart a section at a time and cleaning and then lubricating each section as we put it back together.
2. Sorting the ropes: The ropes for the masts are all colour coded for each section of the mast, all the ropes were laid out to make sure we had enough to cover the dedicated section, the ends of the ropes were also checked to make sure they had not frayed and repaired as needed.
It was a good afternoons work undertaken in near ideal weather conditions.
